Welcome to Artisan Alliance, a brand marketplace of the Ibu Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of [website URL] and purchases made through the website.

In these terms, “Artisan Alliance,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Ibu Foundation operating Artisan Alliance.

Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes, including learning about our mission, browsing products, making purchases, and supporting our charitable work.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access restricted systems, submit fraudulent information, or violate the rights of others.

If you make a purchase or donation, you must be legally able to enter into the transaction or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our Marketplace

Artisan Alliance features products from participating brands and artisan partners. The seller and any applicable fulfillment arrangements will be identified on the product page or at checkout.

Additional product-specific terms will be disclosed before purchase. If they conflict with these general terms, the product-specific terms govern that purchase to the extent permitted by law.

3. Product Descriptions and Handmade Variations

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and pricing.

Many products are handmade. Variations in color, texture, pattern, finish, and measurements may occur as part of the artisan process. Colors may also appear differently depending on your device and display settings.

Please review each product’s description, measurements, materials, and care instructions before purchasing. Ordinary handmade variations do not limit your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your transaction.

Promotional codes are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

5. Orders and Availability

Products are subject to availability. Receiving an automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not, by itself, confirm acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material listing error, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding under revised terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, charges, processing times, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and any applicable product listing.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the cancellation, refund, or delay-consent options required by applicable law.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly at info@ibumovement.org if an order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or has not arrived as expected.

For international orders, any responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, or related charges will be disclosed before purchase.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy including the applicable return window, item-condition requirements, and responsibility for return shipping.

Any final-sale, custom-order, or other return restrictions will be clearly stated before purchase. These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Donations and Nonprofit Status

The Ibu Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through Artisan Alliance support the Foundation’s charitable work, subject to any purpose or restriction expressly accepted by the Foundation.

Purchases of merchandise are generally not charitable donations and are not automatically tax-deductible because the seller is a nonprofit.

When a payment includes a charitable contribution and goods or services, any potential deduction generally depends on the amount paid above the fair market value of the benefits received, subject to applicable tax rules. We will provide acknowledgments and disclosures as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by or licensed to the Ibu Foundation, participating brands, artisans, or other rights holders.

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially using protected content requires permission from the applicable rights holder, except as otherwise permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design or associated content.

10. Reviews and Other Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it.

You grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display that content and make reasonable formatting edits for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Please do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or confidential content. We may remove submissions that violate these terms. Personal information contained in submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to external websites or use third-party services for payments, donations, or other functions.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control external websites or their content. Using a third-party provider does not remove any obligations we have to you under applicable law.

13. Website Availability and Liability

We work to maintain an accurate and accessible website, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend website access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights, product warranties, or remedies.
